May 2020 - Application period for the academic year 2020 has been closed

The application period for the academic year 2020 (starting at the beginning of September 2020) has been closed for the ConREM programme. Applications for the academic year 2021 (starting at the beginning of September 2021, in Helsinki) will be accepted from the 1st of October 2020.

According to the new acceptance regulations, the following renewed admission requirements must be fulfilled within the application procedure:

  • An excellent command of the English language (C1 level CEFR)
  • By proving more than two years of professional experience after finishing the first academic degree, successfully admitted students can obtain a German-Finnish joint degree from HTW Berlin and Metropolia UAS.

March/April 2020 - Corona Virus

The Governing Mayor of Berlin and the Senator for Higher Education and Research have announced emergency measures on the 11.03.2020 for all Berlin Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences, in order to prevent and depress the rapid spreading of the Corona Virus.

Regarding these listed points, the HTW Berlin massively works on the further steps, in order to adapt the whole university, accordingly the ConREM study programme to this new situation. Therefore, the ConREM team would like to kindly ask patience and understanding from our currently enrolled ConREM students, who are in their 3. or higher semesters. Till now, we did not receive any further information, that could influence the extended application period or the start of the winter semester 2020 of the ConREM programme. Therefore all applicants/freshly accepted ConREM students, who wish to apply/enrol for the academic year 2020 (starting on the beginning of September 2020), should proceed with the application/enrolment process, as it was originally planned (hand-in deadline 31.03.2020 via the HTW Berlin Online application system / arrival in Helsinki till the beginning of September 2020).

Feb. 2020 – Extended application deadline for the academic year 2020

The application deadline for the Master’s programme in Construction and Real Estate Management (ConREM) has been extended till the 31.03.2020. Consequently, all applicants who wish to apply for the academic year 2020 (starting on the 1. September 2020), must hand in their application latest till 31.03.2020 via the HTW Berlin Online Application System.

According to the new acceptance regulation, the following renewed admission requirements must be fulfilled within the application procedure:

  • An excellent command of the English language (C1 level CEFR)
  • By proving more than two years of professional experience after finishing the first academic degree, successfully admitted students can obtain a German-Finnish joint degree from HTW Berlin and Metropolia UAS.

Nov. 2019 - New application period and admission requirements for the ConREM programme

The application period for the Master’s programme in Construction and Real Estate Management (ConREM) has been shifted to take place between 15. November and 15. December. Consequently applicants, who wish to apply for the academic year 2020 (starting on the 1. September 2020), must hand in their application between 15. November 2019 and 15. December 2019.

According to the new acceptance regulation, the following renewed admission requirements must be fulfilled within the application procedure:

  • An excellent command of the English language (C1 level CEFR)
  • By proving more than two years of professional experience after finishing the first academic degree, successfully admitted students can obtain a German-Finnish joint degree from HTW Berlin and Metropolia UAS.
